What is the Tipperary Healthy Homes Scheme?

The Tipperary Healthy Homes Scheme aims to move homeowners away from fossil fuel heating systems and replace with a heat pump, along with other measures that will raise the Building Energy Rating to a near A3. It is run by Tipperary Energy Agency and is funded by Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, Electric Ireland and co funded by the Horizon 2020 programme.

Please Note: All recommended measures must be implemented under this scheme. It is a packaged solution and single measures are not available. Your home may not require all the above stated measures.

How much will the work cost?

The total cost to the homeowner is €3500. Plus €100 for a home survey to assess suitability. 

Please Note: A home survey does NOT guarantee inclusion on the scheme.
