The Government of Ireland have a number of different funding programs to support sustainable energy investments. Many of these schemes are administered by the Sustainable energy authority of Ireland. Tipperary Energy agency uses these programs to help our clients fund sustainable energy investments in Ireland.

Better Energy Communities is an Energy Efficiency Grant Scheme available through the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) and applied for by Tipperary Energy Agency in partnership with NTLP (North Tipperary Leader Partnership). Community groups can avail of up to 50% funding and SMEs can avail of up to 30% funding.

Electric Ireland SuperHomes enables homeowners to retrofit their homes to ‘A’ BER standard. Since the launch of the first pilot programme in 2015, over 300 houses have been retrofitted.
